What You’ll Do

  • Provide onsite technical support to users, troubleshooting basic issues related to the Windows operating system and hardware
  • Perform basic hardware maintenance, including replacing defective parts and installing peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.)
  • Assist with software installation and configuration, with a focus on the Microsoft Office suite
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service, maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with users
