Associate System Engineer

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and maintain scripts in PowerShell and Batch for automation and system tasks.

· Configure, manage, and optimize ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM tools.

· Create and deploy automations, monitors, and alerts within ConnectWise Automate and CW RMM.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugin failures, script errors, and monitor breakdowns.

· Provide after-hours and rotational shift support in a 24x7x365 operational setup.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.

· Any technical graduate

· Good communication skills

· Flexible to work in shifts

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

Technical Skills:

· 1–2 years of experience in System Administration / RMM Management / NOC Operations.

· Proficiency in PowerShell and Batch scripting.

· Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Automate, CW RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving automation and monitoring issues.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide after-hours support as required.
