Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own end-to-end hiring for our Sales and Virtual Office businesses across India. This role requires deep expertise in sales talent hiring, particularly inside sales, B2B sales, and client-facing roles, along with strong ownership of high-volume hiring for the Virtual Office vertical. The ideal candidate is hands-on, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all Sales and Virtual Office (VO) roles across locations.
  • Partner closely with Sales and VO Business Leaders to understand manpower plans, target profiles, and team structures.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for sales aptitude, client orientation, and communication skills.
