Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (French & German Speaking)

The Opportunity:

Avantor's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer-focused French & German speaking (both languages) Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams and lead a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to our organization. This position must use discretion while handling information of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.

In this role, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and support Avantor’s hiring activity across the European Region.

EXPERIENCE:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Proficient in Read, Write & Speak French & German
