Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain active communication with the consulting team/internal stakeholders regarding the progress of the project.

• Understand and analyse administrative requirements in close collaboration with the consulting team – scheduling meetings/training sessions/coaching sessions, travel and accommodation

management, closure of invoicing, and calendar management.

• Enable the execution and implementation of client projects in terms of providing back-end support.

• Suggest process improvements as necessary to enhance the productivity and output of consulting projects.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.

• Ensure operational excellence via KPIs and timely execution of the SLAs.
