Role Summary

The Associate Talent Producer supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of on-air talent across live broadcasts and related content productions. The role operates at the intersection of editorial, production, and talent management, ensuring that on-air contributors are prepared, well-utilized, and aligned with the creative and commercial goals of each production.

The position works closely with producers, directors, studio teams, and external partners to assess talent performance, support casting and assignment decisions, and contribute to storytelling and show flow.
