In this role, you will:
Lead a team of Business Advisors (BAs) to deliver business performance and drive sales pipeline for a defined territory. Manage day-to-day sales operations and activities of Advisors. Support the Team Lead to provide adequate credit support with moderately complex deals and assist in high-value client interaction. Coach, develop, and upskill Advisors. Deliver formal performance reviews and support career growth. Ensure sales practices are compliant with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles.
