• •Carry out project roll-out, installation and ensuring successful implementation of projects within schedule
• •Focus on key customer’s IT infrastructure for further enhancement
• •Perform onsite support, troubleshooting and resolution
• •Provide after office hours offsite standby (rotation basis) if deemed fit
• •Ensure SLAs are met, and customer satisfaction achieved
• •Obtain job related Industry Certification(s) for principal partnership requirement
• •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• •Possess good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
• •Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis
