Associate Technical Services and Maintenance Officer

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

The incumbent will perform the below duties:
1. Oversee and monitor the multi-technical maintenance contract: Track preventive and corrective maintenance operations performed by the service provider, ensure proper contract execution, and adherence to deadlines and service scope. 
2. Act as energy manager: Monitor building energy consumption, analyze usage, and implement measures to reduce energy consumption. Manage contractual relationships with energy suppliers. 
3. Coordinate interventions and maintenance providers in relation to research activities and events hosted at IARC to ensure service continuity. 
4. Draft and update maintenance procedures, maintenance plans, and intervention reports in coordination with the maintenance company. 
5. Utilize monitoring tools such as the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAM Facility Management (SAM FM) and the Building Management System (BMS) (Linksper) to p...
