Associate Technician, Maintenance, Reliability Expert

Overview:

• Celanese is seeking an Associate Technician, Maintenance/Reliability Expert.  This role will ensure that all aspects of the maintenance plan are followed, adhering to four core principles: Preventive maintenance Equipment repair within their capabilities, including root cause analysis Proactively addressing reliability issues Executing maintenance activities as scheduled by the maintenance planner Responsibilities: Conduct routine rounds and actively monitor equipment to inspect and detect anomalies, identifying emerging issues.


• Independently perform maintenance in accordance with industry standards.
• Identify required parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Collaborate with the Planner/Scheduler to optimize preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
