Davies is hiring a Technology lawyer with at least two years of experience to join our Montréal practice.

As a Davies lawyer, you will be a full group participant from day one. Your role would include:

  • drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts such as software licensing and cloud computing agreements;
  • working with the Corporate practice lawyers on technological matters in commercial transactions, contracts and disputes; and
  • researching, monitoring and analyzing changes in the industry, as well as new technological innovations.

    • The role may also include work on cybersecurity incidents, including assisting clients in preparing for such incidents and in incident response.
