Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly and confidently
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and customer data in CRM systems
Handle customer objections effectively and close sales professionally
Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding lead closures and performance updates
Adhere to sales scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
Participate in sales reviews, training sessions, and team meetings
