This position will be primarily responsible for clinical and sales support for TAVI.
Role Description
We are now inviting expressions of interest to join the SH division as an associate territory manager supporting our Navitor Vision™ TAVI system. This procedure is complex in nature and requires a high level of clinical understanding. Experience in either TAVI, Echocardiography or Cardiac Cath Lab would be advantageous. Medical Device sales experience would also be looked upon very favorably. The primary scope of this role is to cover Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and other clinical stakeholders with TAVI case planning, including assessing patient suitability.
- Provide clinical case coverage during the TAVI procedure.
- Interact with customers and other clinical stakeholders for any post‑case TAVI discussion and evaluation.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and physicians within the account (i.e. Interventionalist, Echo Cardiologist, CV Surgeon, Valve Coordinator, Nurse Unit Manager, General Cardiologist) to generate awareness and referrals.
- Assist in conducting customer training workshops (including echo workshops) ranging from onboarding training activities to continuous education to maintaining and increasing physician skill levels.
- Optimize processes regarding patient screening and procedure scheduling.
- Call on referring physicians to present the TAVI technology and clinical data.
- Advise physicians and team members on complicated cases.
- Support local and national conferences/programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to confidently discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts.
- Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience / Medical Clinical Support.
- Medical experience is necessary.
- Proven track record in the sales / clinical introduction of sophisticated medical therapeutic, procedure‑enabling devices that requires significant clinician training.
