  • Achieve assigned annual sales target
  • Driving sustainable & profitable growth by building and implementing differentiated sales strategies based on understanding the market
  • Collaboration with distributors with the building good relationship at assigned territories to drive the sales growth of Erbe product lines
  • Intercommunication with Sales Manager & Sales Team, Marketing, Technical Service and administrative department to build proper strategies to penetrate the market with Erbe products
  • Induce the demand for new products to successfully settle as well as create the new opportunities in the territories
  • Establish the appropriate business plans with target customer base and existing competitors sales activities to identify sales opportunities in conjunction with Sales Manager and distributors
