This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high‑performing team. Your skills will deepen client relationships by offering high‑value service and support to the clients, the Investment Advisor, and the team.

What will you do?

• Provide initiative‑taking and superior client service with a problem‑resolution focus and attention to details.
• Consult with various head office departments for execution as necessary.
• Be willing to answer our busy phones and complete the task/request/trade from the client to the best of your abilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting notes to Salesforce and sharing valuable information and collaboration with team members.
