Job Description

Overview

You will support and manage end-to-end training administration, covering the full lifecycle from pre-training preparation through to post-training documentation and record management, ensuring a seamless and integrated training administration ecosystem. In parallel, you will contribute to training delivery as well as the design and development of training modules on a project or initiative basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the department’s end-to-end financial processes, including quotation requests, purchase-to-pay (P2P) system administration, and payment completion.
  • Support office management activities, CFF reviews, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and other relevant tasks or subject matters that contribute to the effectiveness of the department and organisation.
