He/she has the required/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline as well as knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area. He/she works autonomously and arranges suitable training solutions for all user levels, actively searching and creatively implementing effective methods to educate, enhance and maximize customer performance using Amadeus products.
