**What The Role Is**
The Associate, Training Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating **technical training programs** for Clearway field technicians and front-line leaders. This experienced individual contributor role requires experience in **energy, industrial operations, workforce development, or other technical environments** . The Associate, Training Developer leads projects, mentors junior training developers, and serves as a subject matter expert in learning and development. The role ensures training solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives, working both independently and collaboratively with subject matter experts and operational stakeholders.
