Associate - UI Design

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive UI designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in UI elements and interactions across all products within our ecosystem.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve UI designs based on user insights and data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience designing interfaces for web-based applications and/or software products.
