Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Personal Banking, the Associate Vice President (AVP), Personal Banking provides strategic leadership to drive the growth, performance, and long-term success of the Personal Banking division.

This role leads retail-driven initiatives and campaigns, supports the development and execution of sales standards, and partners closely with Branch Management teams to deliver strong member experience, employee engagement, and financial results.
