Job Title: AssociateVisual Merchandiser
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented associate visual merchandiser to join our Digital Channel Merchandising team. This role will support the broader merchandising team by crafting compelling digital assets and copy that support our portfolio of digital campaigns throughout the fiscal year. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a knack for storytelling, and a passion for delivering engaging customer experiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end creative development for digital merchandise campaigns, encompassing creative ideation, asset and copy development, briefing, UAT preview and maintenance.
- Develop and execute digital merchandising assets across various asset types, create promotional graphics and support landing page design to align with campaign objectives and within platform specifications.
- Write clear, on-brand copy for digital campaigns, product features, and promotional messaging to drive business initiatives and customer conversion.
- Resize or reimagine digital assets in accordance with component specifications and brand guidelines (e.g., translate a banner asset creative into a different component type within our component library)
- Maintain asset library and organization structure within digital asset management platform
- Includes managing digital content locations naming conventions and optimizing assets for site performance
- Support seasonal and evergreen campaign execution by maintaining asset libraries and updating content as needed
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on merchandising experiences to ensure the creative experience matches the brief. Identify, resolve, or escalate any issues to the GCC Digital Merchandising manager as well as onshore Digital Merchandising + Channel Merchandising teams.
- Remain current with digital merchandising trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and proactively apply insights to enhance strategic planning for promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in marketing or visual arts
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- 1-3 years of experience in digital merchandising, content creation, or e-commerce
- Experience working in Figma, asset management systems (DAM) and project management systems (e.g. Monday.com) preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office application skills
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for web copywriting is a plus
