We are currently hiring for a **Associate VP, Development** in our **Eagan** office. The Associate VP will serve as a player/coach within a team of 5 staff who lead all aspects of our Heart of Twin Cities campaign. This position will have direct responsibility in generating revenue by soliciting corporations for sponsorships/partnerships and individual donations. The campaign includes our signature Heart Ball and Go Red For Women events. This role will provide direct coaching and supervision to 3 fundraising staff.
