We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Vice President, Heart Challenge in our Eagan office. The VP will be part of a 3-person team that oversees our Twin Cities Heart Challenge campaign, with a focus on our Heart Walk event. The VP will serve in a player/coach role and will provide direct coaching and supervision to two fundraising professionals (one Director and one Coordinator). This position will have direct responsibility in recruiting and managing executive volunteer leadership and securing individual and corporate giving.
