JOB TITLE: Associate Wage Garnishment Operations Specialist

BUSINESS UNIT: Compliance Solutions

DEPARTMENT/AREA: Wage Garnishment Disbursements

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of return checks. The Team is to adhere to the processing guidelines within procedures for return checks, Agency checks, and 90 Day notices. The Team is responsible for monitoring their HOLDs for any return checks for follow up and closure. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for sorting of mail, uploading, indexing our return checks within our Check Control Data Base / WGRS. Must verify all fields being entered are accurate. When indexing they will be responsible for identifying types of return check to include reason types for each return check.
