Job Description

Job Title: Associate, Warehouse 

Reports To: Supervisor, Warehouse

Position Location: Buffalo, NY

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Creates entries and maintains an electronic log of outgoing/incoming packages.
  • Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
  • Maintain clean and organized loading dock and department, including all necessary labels, equipment, materials and supplies.
  • Ensure that all packaging and shipments are compliant with current IATA regulations.
  • Complete necessary shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments 
  • Support and comply with the Quality Management System and Safety Program
  • Notify department supervisor of any safety hazards.
  • Complete end of day checklist
  • Train new associates as assigned.
