Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Development - Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for Workforce Management processes using tools like Power Automate, Domo, Excel VBA, and RPA platforms.

• Data Integration & Reporting - Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources (WFM tools, CRM, HR systems) into dashboards and reports using Domo.

• Process Optimization - Identify manual WFM tasks and propose automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
