Role Summary:
Manage the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel. Ensure a consistent upload schedule, drive discoverability through strong YouTube SEO, monitor performance analytics, and collaborate with creators, editors, and designers to accelerate channel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the content calendar and end-to-end production workflow.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.
Upload videos and own end-to-end YouTube SEO, including optimization of titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, thumbnails, and playlists to maximize reach and discoverability.
