This Associate Director role offers the chance to work closely with some of Australia’s most senior business leaders on complex public and private market transactions — from mergers and acquisitions and takeover defence mandates, to strategic capital advisory projects.

Reporting to the Corporate Advisory Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in the execution of live deals, client strategy, and origination initiatives, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with highly respected advisors across the industry.What You’ll Be Doing
