Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Association Program Manager for our client, a nationally respected membership-based nonprofit headquartered in Columbia, MD! This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for a collaborative, diplomatic, and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in association operations, governance support, and program/project management.


This is a brand-new role created to support the organization’s continued growth. The Association Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director (ED), staff, volunteers, and the engaged volunteer Executive Council (EC) to ensure programs, initiatives, and projects are executed with accountability, consistency, and strong communication.
