Asst Centre Manager Student Care (Afterschool Programme) - NB (ID: 7760) Industry Education Specialization All Education/Training Position Level Senior Working Hours Mon to Fri 11am to 7pm Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Asst Centre Manager Student Care to join our afterschool student care programme for Primary 1 to 6 students. * Provide Operational and Administrative support to the centre. * Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
* Provide academic guidance and supervise completion of daily homework and spelling.
* Plan and conduct enrichment activities, games, and character-building programmes.
* Maintain open communication with parents on students’ progress and conduct.
* Manage classroom discipline in a fair and respectful manner.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements * Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood, Education, or related field.
* Prior experience working with children in a school, tuition centre, or student care setting is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Responsible, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
* Able to commit to full-day programmes during school holidays.
