Responsibilities

• Responsible for the crew change planning, forecasting, pre-selecting and keeping a good number of qualified and competent seafarers to fulfill the needs of the Principal/Employer at any time.


• Manages the day-to-day crewing functions of the Crewing team in compliance with the principal's policies and procedures (crew planning, documentation and worldwide crewchanges, including flight-related bookings).


• Prepares and analyzes the monthly KPI reports and provides recommendations for continuous improvement.


• Represents the department in audits (internal or external), internal meetings, trainings, and seminars.
