Responsibilities
Recommends, initiates, and implements IT infrastructure improvements.
Oversees the activities of IT infrastructures and supports all escalated technical issues.
Provides technical support and interacts with internal clients to resolve IT-related issues.
Keeps abreast with technological development to address efficiency and productivity concerns.
Manages and maintains computer networks, including troubleshooting.
Installs data protection system and monitors proper implementation.
Executes administrative functions such as employee discipline and development, performance management of subordinates.
