Sales and business development exposure in engineering services & solutions portfolio Candidate should have experience with: Product engineering, Digital manufacturing engineering, Emerging technologies (In line with Industry 4.0), Industrial automation, and Industrial IoT Industry: Heavy engineering | Pulp & paper and paper converting machines/equipment | Off-highway equipment & machinery | Bulk Material Handling industry | Food & Beverages | FMCG Background & Skills:
Focusing on generating new business accounts, sales, and Go-To-Market strategy Managing the sales process for new business opportunities in the assigned geography/accounts and being responsible for revenue target accomplishment in a territory Creating Q-o-Q growth plan to addressing the markets and executing the plan to achieve the business/revenue targets Cross-selling/upselling to the existing accounts Account management: Working with the cross-functional team to building a value proposition for customers, prospects, and partners
