Transmission and front axle Aggregate assembly / Testing of tractor
Transmission assembly process and functional testing knowledge is essential.
Transmission axle types and field application gear /speed knowledge is essential.
Hands on experience assembly practices of transmission axle manufacturing and quality setting parameters.
Ensure quality of aggregates through Product & Process audits.
Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant transmission front axle assembly.
Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line.
Knowledge of quality tools like 7 QC, Why Why analysis.
Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure. Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process, Smooth launch of new model / new variants. Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO , TS Preferred Industries
