Our client is expanding their Proposal & Estimation team of a leading Water & Wastewater Treatment EPC organization , working on technically advanced and high-value projects across:

STP | ETP | RO | UF | DM | MBR | ZLD

All / Any ,segments of Water Solutions.

If you are someone who enjoys technical depth, commercial strategy, and ownership of bids , this role offers long-term growth and strong exposure.

1 Graduate Engineer Trainees / Freshers (0–2 yrs)

Chemical Engineers keen to build a career in Proposal, Estimation & Tendering

2 Engineers / Senior Engineers (3+ yrs)

Hands-on experience in techno-commercial proposals for water treatment projects

3 Assistant Manager / Manager – Proposals (6+ yrs)

End-to-end ownership of tenders, BOQs, costing & bid strategy

4 Designation & compensation will be aligned to experience and capability

Role Highlights

• Techno-commercial proposal preparation for EPC / turnkey projects
• Tender analysis, BOQ estimation & cost optimisation
• Process documentation, compliance statements & bid submissions
• Coordination with design, procurement, sales & execution teams
• Exposure to large-scale industrial and regulated sector projects

Ideal Profile

• BE / BTech / Diploma – Chemical Engineering
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment proposals (preferred)
• Strong technical understanding + commercial mindset
• Excellent coordination & documentation skills
• Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
