Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for maintaining and enforcing the company's quality management system (ISO) , ensuring the quality of all outbound shipments and samples , and managing all technical documentation across the organization. This role requires a strong focus on vendor quality, third-party inspection management, and cross-functional development support.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Outgoing Quality Control: Ensure the quality of all outbound shipments and samples before dispatch.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Quality: Conduct regular visits to vendor factories for order production monitoring and Pre-dispatch Inspections (PDI). Manage and coordinate all required Third-Party Inspections (TPI), both for customers and vendor sourcing.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and manage the company's ISO Quality System.
