Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules based on forecasted and actual demand.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and continuous production flow.
- Ensure the assigned section consistently meets product quality and workplace safety standards.
- Lead initiatives for process optimization, equipment improvements, and other operational enhancements.
- Review and validate the accuracy and timeliness of production reports and required documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments and operational units on behalf of the assigned section.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Food Technology or any Engineering-related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a food production environment.
