Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production schedules based on forecasted and actual demand.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and continuous production flow.
  • Ensure the assigned section consistently meets product quality and workplace safety standards.
  • Lead initiatives for process optimization, equipment improvements, and other operational enhancements.
  • Review and validate the accuracy and timeliness of production reports and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments and operational units on behalf of the assigned section.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Food Technology or any Engineering-related field.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a food production environment.
