Project Engineer (Site Based)
Experience: min 3 years on Site Experience desired.
Skills Required: Experience in Interior Fit out Works mandatory. Fluent in English (desirable) , should be able to communicate in local language at Site
Job Description:
Your role will broadly involve (but not limited to) the following:
1. Co-ordinate with vendors on site for day-to-day activities.
2. Update progress of works to the Projects Manager/Co-ordinator on day-to-day basis.
3. Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
4. Ensure that the works done on site are in accordance with the specifications.
5. Assist Projects Manager/Co-ordinator in monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Architect.
6. Liaise and update Daily progress of works to the Projects Manager/Co-ordinator and bring attention to critical issues causing bottlenecks on site.
