Position: Assistant store manager
Location: Prominent locations in Bihar
· Audit of stock.
· Transfer of medicines in the branch.
· To check all employees are working as per work allotted / expected.
· Overall maintenance of discipline & management in the shop.
· Supervising daily operations at store
· Assisting & motivating staff to achieve sales targets.

· Follow SOP designed by corporate/Had office.
· Scheduling staff, managing inventory and assisting customers.
- Primary Responsibility:
· Focus / planning to achieve sales growth.
· customers satisfaction.

Good in excel report

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail Outlet.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Having experience in retail sector as Floor manager/ department manager / team leader / Sr. associate
