Asst. Technical Manager

What You'll Do:

• Oversee Facility Operations: Prioritize and manage the ongoing needs of our facilities, including all aspects of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil works.
• Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Play a crucial role in reducing workplace risks by assisting with maintenance contracts, routine inspections, and scheduled downtimes. Ensure the facility is in full compliance with all legal and engineering standards, working closely with local authorities on facility-related matters.
• Energy Management: Support the implementation of energy programs to reduce utility costs.
• System Monitoring: Periodically inspect logbooks, checklists, and maintenance schedules to monitor the performance of facility engineering systems.
