Asst./Dy Manager: Engine Design & Development

Role: Design development of engine auxiliary parts Engine management (EMS) Parts for Fuel/Alternate fuel, flex fuel, configuration

Responsibilities:

• Design of parts for Fuel Evap, CNG system (Ethanol, Flex Fuel, Methanol, CNG.Etc.)
• Fuel system CNG System (Pump, underbody fuel pipe and hose, fuel filter etc)
• Engine Management system (Injector, Rail, MAP, MAF Sensors, Throttle Body etc)
• Should be able to perform calculation, analysis, designer level simulation test result analysis
• Development of engine parts as per MSIL development process
• Analysis and resolution of quality issues.
• Cost reduction, value analysis value engineering
• Working in dynamic team for coordination with Engine testing, vehicle testing, production, supply chain, quality etc
