Job Description

  • Experience working in NATM/ UG works covering all aspects of Construction
  • Experience in managing team of 1-2 employees, planning and execution of NATM works.
  • Should posses good interpersonal skills.
  • Ensure the following(i) prevention of disintegration of the rock mass; (ii) ascertaining that the additional stresses developing during excavation are received by the rock mass; (iii) monitoring of the behavior of the rock-tunnel system in order to observe the stabilization process
  • Experience in preparing NATM/UG specific method statement
  • Experience implementation of skill training / orientation for field Engineers and frontline supervisors.
  • Liaising with customers on functional matters and ensuring high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Networking and interfacing with all functions to ensure effective and well-coordinated actions and timely decisions.
  • Enterprising in nature and effective communicator on all functional / project quality related matters.
  • Must have executed at-least 1 NATM package 
  • Ensuring a competent regime for inspection and testing process at projects.
