Job description

a) Designing &
development of Plastic Injection molds – 2Plate / 3Plate in Design
software Unigraphics (NX) / AutoCAD. – must have hands on experience on
Injection mold design

b) Mold Manufacturing
– Proficient knowledge of mold making techniques, materials, and processes,
Able to handle independently new or repairs existing mold components as
required & must have required machining process know –
how(EDM/VMC/ASSY/WIRECUT etc.

c) Analyzes
and solves basic mold problems including flashing conditions, galling, venting,
cooling problems, Assembles, repairs, inspects, cleans and polishes molds using
skill and care while handling and polishing critical surfaces

d) Capable of 
making mold concept - Gate selections / Ejection system / Different Raw
materials – PP/ Nylon/ ABS / PVC etc.

e) Knowledge
of Mold costing / RFQ response based on Customer Drawing.

f) Analysis
on Injection Mold simulation & can interpret the reports
