Job details:

Role will be responsible for preparing accurate Financial Statements, managing statutory audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IndAS, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements. The role includes overseeing audit activities, liaising with related stakeholders, and ensuring the organization's Financial Statements and Reporting comply with statutory obligations. Role will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's Fixed Assets Register, ensuring accurate computation of depreciation and WDV.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
