About the Role
Reporting to a senior finance leader, this Financial Accountant role is a hands-on position with broad exposure across month-end, reporting, and systems improvement. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information while also helping modernise and refine finance processes as the business continues to scale.
This is not a purely transactional role - it offers genuine involvement in improving how finance operates, partnering with stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L and balance sheet) Ownership of accruals, prepayments, intercompany and revenue journals Balance sheet reconciliations and integrity of financial data FX translation for foreign entities Supporting consolidated group reporting and disclosures Variance analysis in collaboration with functional teams Strengthening internal controls and financial governance Supporting audit, tax and regulatory reporting requirements Involvement in finance systems rollouts and process automation initiatives Ad-hoc analysis and projects as required About You
You will be a CA or CPA qualified accountant with hands-on month-end experience and a strong technical foundation (essential). You will enjoy working in dynamic environments, taking pride in accuracy, motivated by the opportunity to improve systems and processes.
You will bring:
