Pharmacy Manager – Lead with Purpose in Community Pharmacy

    About the Role


    As Pharmacy Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of both the dispensary and front-of-shop areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients and customers. This dynamic role includes:

  • Leading and mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture

  • Ensuring compliance with all professional and legislative requirements, and promptly addressing any discrepancies

  • Driving performance by achieving financial and operational targets

  • Enhancing customer experience through exceptional service and community engagement

  • Optimising inventory management and implementing strategic initiatives for growth

  • Collaborating closely with our Retail Manager and Group Manager to align goals and drive innovation

    • This position requires a strong commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to leadership.


    About You: 


    You’re a passionate advocate for community pharmacy, committed to delivering exceptional service — especially in the area of clinical care. You’re ready to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact.


    You also bring:

  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA

  • Community pharmacy experience (preferred)

  • Minfos proficiency (a plus, but not essential)

  • The ability to gracefully decline the endless stream of sweet treats from our generous community!

  • A desire to add real value to your community through customer care and team leadership

  • Leadership experience and a proactive, positive attitude
