Overview
We are currently looking for a Powder Processing Operator for our Bakers facility in Monroe, NC. As a Powder Processing Operator, you will play a valuable role within the Powder Processing Department helping ensure our materials and products meet customer specifications. Powder Processing is the finalization of material in making the raw powder into what the customer requires for a clean, zero-imperfection part.
You will be responsible for performing powder processing procedures including preparation, screening powder, blending powder, loading containers, and operating vacuum systems.
A successful Powder Processing Operator is able to operate equipment safely and within standard operating procedures, has a strong regard for quality, is not afraid of heights, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and works on their feet throughout their shift.
