Atlassian Administrator with Python

Description

We are looking for a skilled Environment Support Engineer to take on the role of an Atlassian Administrator. The successful candidate will primarily focus on managing and optimizing our Jira Cloud environment, including setting up automation, establishing processes, and providing ongoing support. Additionally, the role requires the ability to write basic scripts in Python and assist with the automation of Jira processes using Terraform.

The project involves administering Jira Cloud and includes several key tasks: optimizing and documenting existing workflows, permission schemes, and automation; managing day-to-day activities such as user creation and project setup; providing support and further development for existing Python scripts via Atlassian Python APIs; and implementing automation for modifications in projects, schemes, and workflows.
