Job Description
- Atlassian Cloud expertise across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Operations (Opsgenie), Jira Align, and Confluence.
- Proven experience configuring and operating governed Atlassian platforms using defined archetypes for different project types (foundation/core, internal, product delivery, external customer delivery, service management).
- JSM Portal configuration for use as a digital front door, including request types, workflows, and optimised user experience.
- Implementation of LiveChat capabilities through JSM or Genesys Cloud.
- Integration experience with enterprise systems such as Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an existing SME/Architect, following established governance and security frameworks.
- Hands-on project delivery of ITSM tooling within Atlassian platforms in enterprise settings.
