Atlassian Jira & Confluence User Support Specialist

We are looking for a User & System Support Specialist to join our team supporting users of Atlassian tools- primarily Jira and Confluence .

In this role, you will provide daily user support, assist with system configuration, maintain governance standards, and actively contribute to process improvements.

• Provide day-to-day support for Jira and Confluence users, ensuring smooth operation
